That was WebStorm before, but I wanted to see what kids use these days. I also use VS Code for static websites (Markdown + Hugo). Flutter only supports VS Code apart from IntelliJ, so my choices are limited here. I pay for IntelliJ Ultimate, so I can do this all in one IDE. Third, I'm writing Java with Spring Boot, Angular, and Flutter in my day job. So if you're happy with your IDE - wonderful! Keep using it! I do occasionally point out when I think somebody else is wrong - like in this post. Picking an IDE is the most consequential and personal decision a developer can make.
